You mention the exam is free as many times as you need, and must pass with a required %age. I thought I read that the exam is $15 every time taken and the pass %age is 80.

I passed the exam with 87%. The secret is to study the video training materials and familiarize yourself on the workcenter.

I failed with a 78, even tho I studied the 32 videos, took notes etc..I had difficulty with the questions that asked to select an item on a page displayed that would do a certain function. It seemed vague as there were many places to click that might be correct. And many of the questions were not covered in the training videos. Any other study materials available or a way to contact the test proctor for clarification on questions.
