These days whatever it is you want to do - whether it is to find a convenient pub for a quick beer, or to plan your next holiday, you are very likely to start off the process with a search engine.  Bing UK prides itself on taking search beyond ten blue links to actually helping you complete these tasks, from our cleverly organised results that make things easy to find, to unique tools such as Local Scout, Bing Events, and Editors Picks which make getting things done easy so you can enjoy what you really want to be doing.

Last week, Bing UK launched a brand new consumer campaign based on their new brand positioning “Bing is for Doing”. The campaign is designed to engage with “Connected Socialisers;” who are highly social (on the web and off), want to get the most out of life, and don’t want to be preached at by brands but want an exchange of value and to be actively involved.

Bing invites the Great British public to tell them what they want to do via the Bing UK Facebook page www.facebook.com/BingUK- from learning how to cook a new dish, to climbing Mount Everest. Bing will make the best ideas happen for a lucky few.

Bing will also select the best idea and make it happen - filming it and turning it into a video that will appear in TV and online advertising (off-net and on MSA properties) to be aired in June.

In order to inspire people and generate some great ideas – get your friends to enter! Bing UK has created a short teaser film which includes some suggestions ranging from DJ-ing to Ninjaing and Yeti-ing!
